Fully customisable kitchen

We work closely with a local kitchen and bathroom specialist to provide a personal service so you can choose the design, layout and fittings in your stunning new apartment and we install everything for you moving in. You can choose from three stunning packages: Modern, Traditional and Shaker to make the range of choices a little simpler.

These options are included in the cost of your are home but if you prefer an even more premium finish then, for an additional cost, our designers will customise the look and feel to your instructions  so your bathrooms and kitchen are truly unique.

As we intend to complete the building process upon reservation, our clients will have the unique opportunity to add their own personal style to the interior design and layout – they will even be able to decide between an open-plan or separate kitchen completely hassle-free!

Private Garden & Glass Balconies

Just because the countryside is on your doorstop at Glenfarg doesn’t mean that you won’t want a private green space of your own. Glenfarg Apartments provide this in the form of a beautifully cultivated landscape garden that surrounds the property.

The design of each unit puts an emphasis on bright, generous living spaces as well as usable outside space in the form of enclosed glass balconies.

Secure Underground Parking

Each resident in our development will be allocated a personal space with an adjacent storeroom within our spacious underground carpark where they can safely and securely park their pride and joy away from the street. Optional car chargers can be fitted for an additional cost and lift access is available directly from the car park level.

Our specially designed extra thick party floor and wall cavities have received a gold standard rating from The Sound Test Measurement Association. That is +/- 4 db over the standard building control standards.

You care about these and so do we so we have ensured that each Glenfarg apartment  is efficiently insulated and fed with a unique off-grid Calor gas supply. Fitted solar panels power common lighting and double glazing (triple on the motor way side) locks your heat in and keeps costs manageably low.

Glenfarg Homes apartments are covered by a structural warranty company that protects buyers against any structural issues for the first 10 years of the building’s life.
