Patsy – Happy Buyer story

A desire to find a downsizing home that was stylish, highly practical and extremely economical to run led Patsy, a retired hotelier, to become one of the very first buyers at Glenfarg Apartments. “I fell in love with my apartment the moment I saw it. I had a large house in Kinross for over thirty years, and, whilst wanting to downsize and find something more manageable, was keen to stay in the area” said Patsy. “Like most people of a certain age, I wanted to “upscale” my kitchen and bathrooms to achieve a very contemporary modern look that was easy to clean and look after but I didn’t want to compromise on the quality.”

“I found the buying process excellent” she said. “I had full confidence in the on-site team to  ensure that the finish would fulfil my expectations. The specifications are completed to a very high standard. I am really happy here. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Glenfarg Apartments to any potential buyers.”

Said David Craigie, a director of the development: “There really are few developments of this quality in the area for over 50’s downsizers. We are absolutely delighted that Patsy is so pleased with her new home. Her comments fill us with confidence that we have indeed created what we set out to do – offer a luxury development for discerning buyers who are looking for an upscaling specification as well as a low maintenance, eco-friendly lifestyle.”
