Jack O’Bryan’s Bar & Kitchen
Amongst our fantastic guests on the day will be Jack Coghill, the renowned chocolatier and pastry chef from Jack O’Bryan’s Bar & Kitchen in Dunfermline. Often hailed as Scotland’s answer to Willie Wonka, Jack will engage the audience with his expert chocolate decorating techniques, providing ample opportunities to savour his creations.
Artisan Producers Galore
In addition to Jack’s chocolate extravaganza, you can indulge in a diverse range of artisanal products. Cairn O’ Mohr Winery will be with us to present you with their exceptional wines, ciders, and beers, while Johnson Distillers will bring along their exclusive whiskies. New Lanark Spinning Company will also be joining us with their quality woollen yarns, and their traditional tablet and gin from the New Lanark Gift Shop. Local delights, including honey and charcuterie from a Glenfarg farm, will also be available.
